Prior to the formation of Maker Bros., Justin was a charter member of KWA Construction and served as Vice President for 8 years. With more than 17 years of industry experience, Justin is an accomplished construction executive instrumental in growing KWA to a company consistently ranked in Multifamily Executives Top 50 Builder’s.

With projects ranging from townhomes to mixed–used, Justin works hands-on with Maker projects and with third party clients to ensure that all jobs are met with the highest attention to detail and accuracy. Justin’s knowledge and ability to engineer construction solutions enable him to consistently deliver the highest value at the right cost, preserving the overarching vision of the firm, as well as repeatedly providing cost-saving solutions throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Prior to Maker Bros. and KWA, Justin worked with KWA Founder and President Keller Webster at Spring Valley Construction Company in Dallas, Texas. There he served as an estimator for multi-family and commercial projects. His background also includes years of experience serving as a superintendent for other highly-respected companies, including First Worthing Company in Dallas, Texas. As superintendent, he oversaw all on-site operations for numerous projects throughout Texas and Arkansas. Within this role, he gained invaluable knowledge and understanding of what it takes to make a construction project successful for all involved parties.

A Certified LEED Accredited Professional, Justin stays involved within the construction industry, serving as a member of the Dallas Builders Association and Green Built Texas. In 2009 and 2010, Justin served as Chair of the Board for the Dallas Multi-Housing Builders Council. He is involved with numerous other charities and is a recent “40 Under 40” Honoree of the Dallas Business Journal.

A Texas native, Justin studied geology at the University of Texas at Dallas.
